Welcome to TOTLbill and thanks for dropping by. I'm Samantha Farina, Owner and Founder of TOTLbill, a medical billing company nestled between the heart of the Adirondacks and Lake Champlain in Upstate New York. I’m a proud SUNY Plattsburgh grad and a city girl at heart! Prior to starting this business, I worked at 2 busy medical offices in the North Country. Over the last decade, I spent my time learning the ins and outs of billing, coding, business management, accounting, and much more.
By managing different billing structures and creating more efficient and streamlined systems, I also learned what practitioners really need to be genuinely happy in their work environment. I started to realize that no one looked at the medical billing process quite like I did. That’s why, in early 2020, with the support of my husband, family and colleagues, I decided I needed to share this amazing breakthrough with other independent medical providers who deserve to make more money and work less. Fast forward to today, we offer medical billing services, consulting services, EMR and billing software [from our colleagues at Kareo], along with credentialing work, which allows us to help independent medical practitioners save time and money while growing their business. As a member of the Medical Association of Billers, we will always have the most up to date information to support you. We strive to always remain in relentless pursuit of high quality service to the providers we serve and the patients they treat. We do this by providing superior, comprehensive billing services to support your mission.
